Everyone wants to pop his abs out. Strong abs help stabilize the spine and keep you from injuring your back. Strong abs are important in every sport, from golfing to running. If you want to see your stylish sixpack abs, you have to lose weight and drop your bodyfat to below 10%!

Here are the ab exercises you can do at your home :

  1. Pushup with Renegade Row

    Place two dumbbells vertically on the floor shoulder-width apart. Get in a pushup position while holding the dumbbells. Do a pushup, then row with the right arm while the left arm is down. Put the right arm back down on the floor and row with the left arm. Place the left arm back down on the floor. Repeat.

  2. Single-arm Barbell Lateral Pull

    Stand in a lunge position perpendicular to the barbell. If your left foot is out front, your right foot is back and right arm is on the bar. Pull the barbell from the floor to the shoulder. Rotate your shoulders toward the bar while pulling. Switch arms. Repeat

  3. Decline Situp

    Set up the bench the same way you did for the weighted decline Russians twist and lie back holding a weight plate behind your head. Tuck your chin to your chest and sit all the way up. You should feel your abs contracting in the top position.

  4. Toe Toucher

    Sit on the floor (or on the edge of a chair or exercise bench) with your legs extended in front of you and your hands holding on to the sides for support.

    Simultaneously bring your legs up as far as possible while at the same time bringing your torso towards them.

  5. Reverse Crunch

    Sit on the floor (or on the edge of a chair or exercise bench) with your legs extended in front of you and your hands holding on to the sides for support.
