Doing everything right but still not loosing weight??

Sometimes, people can diet and work out and track their calories and do everything right—but still not lose weight. This is the most common type of question I enco unter everyday as a trainer that they’re not losing weight despite doing X, Y or Z.Sometimes, the answer isn’t that easy to come by.

 

But usually, when someone seems to be doing the right things but not making progress, a list of possible problems runs through my head. These are the most common scenarios I tend to see that instead of looking for the answers people stop putting efforts out of demotivation. Trust me motivation is the only factor in loosing weight which you require the most.

 

So here are few facts due to which you are not meeting your daily targets.

 

    1. You’re eating more than you burn.
      When you hit gym you’re burning extra calories by doing cardio,weight training or mix of both. That’s why exercise is so important in the weight-loss equation. At the initial stage body loose water which seems perfect to us and give us excuse to later overeat, overdrink (think alcohol) or overindulge. How many times have you faced a food temptation and thought, “I am loosing weight so this one time I can have some junk.” Or even, “I’ll have this now, but work out extra hard tomorrow to burn it off.” If that sounds all-too-familiar, this is one major reason why you’re not losing weight. For the exercise to help you lose, you can’t re-eat all those extra calories you burned.

       

    2. Your diet include things which you aren’t suppose to eat.

 

We know that we all are living in a jet age where biggest excuse we can give ourself is that I dont have time to meet the requirements for my diet. The vast majority of people are overweight these days. People tend to think that they are eating healthy. Are you as confused about that as I am? Clearly, we are not eating that well if we continue to see steady increases in heart disease, type 2 diabetes, overweight and obesity.

Here’s the thing: We all think we eat pretty well. Even people who eat a pretty bad diet don’t think it’s that bad. No one really wants to admit that their diet might be pretty unhealthy. We all think we’re probably doing better than others. We need to understand that discipline is required to follow your diet chart. You cannot have cheat meals which lure you towards the start point.

 

  • You are not focusing in your weak areas or combination of exercises.

 

If you are visiting gym everyday and you have been told to do strenght training and 2nd week move to weight training and then cardio atlast. It means you need to change your personal trainer.

The truth is that all types of exercise will burn calories, which can help with weight loss. But when it comes to losing weight, it’s all about burning calories. And in most cases, cardio is the calorie-burning king. Strength training is important, too (for many reasons), such as reducing the amount of muscle loss that occurs during weight loss, but it’s typically not a major calorie burner. So if you are relying almost exclusively on strength training as your weight-loss strategy, it could backfire. Don’t just blindly trust any weight loosing plan on web. It takes alot of things in consideration while designing your exercise plan. It matters body to body that what kind of exercises you should do.

 

  • You do not have enough muscles.

 

The only tissue in the body that burns fat is muscles. When you are almost 2-3 months old in the gym then set of correct exercises will help you build muscles. These muscles will replace your body fat. Make sure you are including isolate protein in your supplement. Protein helps your muscle to recover after gym. Once your fat will start burning and muscle mass will appear. You will see your body getting tonned. So muscle is a important content in your fat losing journey.

 

  • Hard truth, You’re full of excuses.

 

If you find yourself having mini self-contained internal arguments throughout the day regarding your routine, diet or gym then you need to boost your will power to create a lean body. This is a world known phenomena that we humans are scared of trying because we fear that we may fail. The one thing we donot understand that failure is the mother of sucess. We cannot give excuses to ourself and turn our face away from the reality. We need motivation on daily basis which only we can provide.
